Waverly is a charming boutique bookshop cafe and cooking school located in the heart of South Pasadena. Although we offer a wide variety of hot and iced drinks, we also provide savory, sweet and vegan empanadas.
So whether you're stopping for your morning coffee, lunch, or Fossleman’s Famous Ice Cream we've got you covered! Waverly Cooking School is a school for all ages. Join us for fun and creative classes taught by professional chefs and instructors. With an exciting lineup of cooking and baking classes, community events and celebrity chefs, Waverly Cooking School is your place to learn new recipes and skills, gather with friends or colleagues, or plan a private party.

Come join us for FUN, Interactive, Hands-On Cooking & Baking Classes. Register now and Learn new culinary and pastry skills with one of our Chef Instructors. Waverly will donate 10 meals to the Feed America Organization.
Kids Cooking & Baking Birthday parties
Thinking of Birthday Parties with a twist. Host your childs Birthday Party with Waverly. Kids Love to Cook and Bake! Waverly will donate 7 meals to the Feeding America Organization.

Waverly: A BookShop Café & Cooking School is located in the heart of South Pasadena. We want to bring the community together over many memorable meals & creative culinary adventures. Giving Back is woven into the tapestry of what we do at Waverly. Our mission is to build a community that brings truth, kindness, generosity & goodness to everything we do.
COFFEE WITH A CAUSE
Support a good cause by having a delicious coffee. Our coffee roaster is Generous Coffee Co. and 100% of Generous Coffee profits support Non-Profits. Generous Coffee gives their profits back to organizations that help create jobs, feed children, improve education, and create a better life. Ultimately, your cup of coffee from Waverly is generously doing good for others in need. For every purchase made in our BookShop Café we will also donate 2 meals to those in need.
COOKING WITH A CAUSE
For every Cooking Class you take with Waverly we will donate 10 meals to those in need. Help us fight hunger! Waverly helps various charity partners raise funds and awareness. We donate a percentage of our profits to a rotating monthly charity. Some of the Charities we support include “Books of Africa” where books are donated to classrooms in Africa and the “Joyful Heart Foundation” which makes it possible to change the way society thinks about, talks about and responds to sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse.
